You need : RB rune 1-RB rune 2-RB rune 3-RB rune4
How to get RB rune?
Defeat those mobs and they drop them 100%
-RB lance: (aba 1) 158,788 , drop : RB Rune 1
-RB Carsise : (aba 2 ) 112,784 , drop : RB rune 2
-RB Phyllis : (aba 3) 103,905 , drop : RB rune 3
-RB Ami : (aba 4) 112,784 , drop : RB rune 4

Once you get those 4 runes, go to the exchanger next to apparel seller's and exchange them for 1 RB Stone
And when you get the RB Stone, go to the RB Angel next to hair changer and RB your self
